About Us

The Company has been incorporated on August 2014 under The Companies Act, 1956. Company’s registered office is situated at 1,Ozone Industrial Park, B/s Kerala GIDC,Bavla-Bagodara Highway,Ahmedabad-382220, in the State of Gujarat. The project is proposed to manufacture cotton yarn of average NE 30s Count Combed,Compact with an installed capacity of 26112 spindals.

  • Ozone PB Spintex Ltd. - A Spinning mill set up near Ahmedabad, began commercial production in August 2014 with an objective to set up a fully integrated textile plant.
  • Company is having most modern spinning plant with blow room lines and foreign fibre separators from Trutzschler,TC 5/3 range of Trutzschler cards, the E-80 comber and auto leveller DF - RSBD45, both from Rieter,51M speed frames from Zinser and Ring frames from KTTM linked with ACX5 model yarn winders from Schlafhorst.For spinning compact and Eli twist yarns,company has adopted Toyota Technology.

  • With a vision Ozone Spintex has adopted the latest technology and has procured most modern machines to spin the finest quality cotton yarn conforming to Global standards. Latest machinery from Switzerland and Germany have been Imported which gives an edge to achieve the best quality. Currently we are working with 26112 Spindles. The entire spinning process is carried out in fully computer controlled environment. The entire work force from top most engineers to workmen, are well qualified and trained. The attitude of never compromising on quality has been inculcated in them and is being religiously followed at all levels.

  • Quality Assurance

    To Control Quality,we have added fully automated in-house facilities.We believe that Right selection of raw material,fine-tuned process parameters,well trained work force,highly educated supervisors and well-motivated management team is good enough to ensure best quality.We have a full-fledged testing lab with the best quality control equipments for testing from Fibre to Finished Product.

    Quality Assurance is carefully imbibed in every process and is every employee's obsession. It begins at the ginnery. Loyal's cotton selectors choose the gins from where Loyal buys its cotton. The cotton is thoroughly tested using AFIS instruments and issued for mixing, using a bale management system which ensures a narrow band of average yellowness and micronaire values.

  • High volume cotton testing to ensure that every bale is tested.
  • Loyal's own bale management system is followed while mixing different bales
  • AFIS advanced fibre information system is used to get a clearer picture of the cotton and process slivers
  • Mesdon: For online measurement of neps at carding and combers at all units with Uster Quantum Expert-3 for online quality monitoring system.
  • Uster 6 advanced yarn and silver quality testing machines including fabric simulator with a software to identify the source of defect.
  • Classimat: Loyal is having Class UQ-3, an advanced yarn fault detection and classification instrument.

    Spinning Process

    A Yarn is usually of substantial length & of small cross section. In the cross section of a yarn there are usually a multiple number of Staple fibers (short fibers) or Filaments (long fibers) of unlimited length. Yarn made out of Staple fiber is known as Spun Yarn, because the staple fibers should undergo number of process stages so that a yarn can be made out of them. This procedure or process stages in correct sequence is called “Spinning”. Fiber extrusion or conversion of filaments from Polymers was also considered as “Spinning”. Below mentioned are the Spinning Process.

    Raw Material Mixing Process.

    The Initial stage of the Spinning Process involves converting Cotton in Bales into the Cone Winding.

    First thing in Spinning Process is converting highly compressed Cotton in Bales into the form of thoroughly loosened, opened & cleaned State.

    Blow Room Process

    At this process the Fibres in Bale form will be loosen, opened & cleaned.

    This is the starting stage of Spinning Process. There are three actions happen in Blow room machine. They are ; Action of Opposing Spikes Action of Air Current Action of Beaters.

    Carding Process

    Carding is one of the most important operations in the spinning process.

    Carding is one of the most important operations in the spinning process as it directly determines the final features of the yarn, above all as far as the content of neps and husks are concerned.

    Draw Frame Process

    This is the machine on which drafting & doubling are carried out.

    This is the machine on which drafting & doubling are carried out. Carded sliver is that they are not even (uniform) enough to produce to good quality yarns. Therefore, usually all the carded slivers are subjected to Doubling & Drafting on a machine called “Draw Frame”.


    Speed Frame Process

    The product delivered by roving machines is called Roving.

    The product delivered by roving machines is called Roving. Roving is a Fibre strand of lesser count than that of a sliver. It is also has a small twist to keep Fibres together. It is wound on to a package which is suitable for feeding spinning machines.

    Combing Process

    Combing is a process which is introduced into the spinning of finer and high quality yarns from cotton.

    Combing is a process which is introduced into the spinning of finer and high quality yarns from cotton. The carded materials (sliver) contain certain amount of short fibres, neps, fine kitty and leaf particles. Short fibres are a hindrance to spinning of finer counts where the number of fibre in the cross section of the yarn is less. The short fibres cause thick and uneven places in the yarn length and the yarn looks hairy. Apart from this, very short fibres do not contribute anything to yarn strength. Short fibres below a certain pre-determined length can be easily separated out by using comber.

    Draft the roving until the required fineness is achieved Twist the drafted strand to form yarn of required count and strength Winding the twisted yarn on to the bobbin for suitable storage, transportation and further processing.

    Cone Winding

    This is the final stage in Spinning & that is Cone Winding.

    This is the final stage in Spinning & that is Cone Winding. As nowadays good winding is the mirror of spinning mills, it is necessary that this process is understood very well by all the personnel handling the department. Yarn winding can thus be viewed as simply being a packaging process, forming a link between the last few elements of yarn manufacturing and the first element of fabric manufacturing process. Improper utilisation of the features of the winding machine can not only cost heavily to the spinning mills, but it can also lead to loss of good customers permanently.
